Application for Undergraduate Admission - This application is to be filled out by degree-seeking undergraduates who have never attended ESU as a degree-seeking student. A $30 application is required.

Distance students need also submit an additional $10 processing fee by mail to be fully admitted.

Undergraduate Readmission Application - A readmission application needs to be filled out and returned to the Registration Office if an undergraduate is returning to ESU after being absent for one semester or more. Since you have paid the initial application fee to the Admission's Office, there is no fee for being readmitted.
