form and fee payment must be sent directly to the Educational Testing Service
and must be received by this date. Enroll on-line at www.ets.org/praxis.

Billing
Statement will be mailed to students who are pre-enrolled by 5:00 p.m.
on Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Students enrolling after 5:00 p.m. on
Wednesday, December 12, will NOT be sent a bill. Students can look up
tuition and fees owed on Buzz In and pay on-line or contact Cashiering Services
to make arrangements for payment of tuition and fees.

students who owe a balance. A LATE
FEE of $25 is assessed each month a balance is owed.
