Your username will be the first letter of your first name and the first 7 letters of your last name.*  New default passwords will be the first four letters of your last name and the last four digits of your SSN. You will be required to change this password once you login.

Example: Joe Randomname with SSN of 123-45-6789
Username: jrandomn*
Initial Password: rand6789**
Email Address: jrandomn@emporia.edu

*If two or more individuals have the same first initial and last name, a number will be added to end of the account – for instance, Joe Randomname’s account may be jrandomn, jrandom1, jrandom2, etc depending upon how many accounts with jrandomn exist. **You will use the same username & password to access Stumail, Buzz In, the iDrive, and lab/library computer logins. You will be required to change this password periodically.
