Classroom Assignments
Most of our courses are held in our designated classroom, Allied Health 1901 (AH 1901). Other ESU at KCKCC Elementary Education courses will be scheduled in the main administration building, Jewell Hall. See course schedule. Once a classroom has been assigned, the ESU Office of Off-Site and Distance Education will contact professors by primary/on-file email address.
Parking

Key Information
Professors assigned to AH 1901 will be issued a key by Off-Site and Distance Education at the beginning of each semester. This key must be returned at the end of the semester. All other classrooms on the KCKCC campus will have scheduled unlock/lock times by KCKCC personnel.
Technology Equipment
The AH 1901 room is equipped with a TV/VCR, laptop, document camera, LCD projector, desktop computers, and a printer/scanner. If you are assigned to another KCKCC classroom and require technology, please contact Off-Site and Distance Education as soon as possible, so they can submit a request to KCKCC for your equipment needs.

Copies, Printouts, and Office Use
The ESU Metro Learning Center has a copy machine, Internet and printer accessible computers, and temporary office space for professor use. Please contact the MLC if you would like to schedule a time to use the office.
Holiday/Academic Calendar
Your class meeting times will follow KCKCC’s academic calendar. If ESU is officially closed on a date you are supposed to meet, it is up to individual instructors whether or not to meet during that time period.
Safety Procedures
Instructors will be responsible for evaluating their individual classroom and identifying the closest exits/protection areas during the event of inclement weather and/or emergencies.
